Lesson Notes
Click the Invite Teammate button in the top-right corner of the Team page header. This opens a dialog titled 'Invite people to your team'. The button is only rendered for Owners and Admins — Project Managers and Editors do not see it.
In the dialog, type one or more email addresses into the input field. You can separate multiple addresses with a comma or a space and Vremly will split them into individual badge chips automatically. You can also press Enter after each address to confirm it. Each confirmed email appears as a small badge above the input — click the X on any badge to remove it before sending.
Use the Role dropdown (directly below the email input) to select the role these invitees will receive when they join. The available options are Technician, Project Manager, Editor, and Admin. You set the role before clicking Invite, and all addresses in the current batch receive the same role. If you need to invite two people with different roles, send separate batches.
Click the Invite button. Vremly sends an invitation email to every address in the batch simultaneously. A success toast appears: 'Invitation sent to [email]' for single invites or 'Invitations sent to [list]' for multiple. The dialog closes automatically on success. The invited people appear in the Pending Invitations table beneath the main roster until they accept.
If someone has not yet created a Vremly account, their invite link lands on a sign-up page where they can create an account and accept in one step. If they already have an account, the link takes them to a review screen showing the organization name and their assigned role — they click Accept Invitation to join and are immediately routed to the dashboard.
Removing a pending invitation is done from the team roster table's Pending Invitations section — click the trash icon next to the person's row. You can also change the role on a pending invitation inline without re-sending it.
Key Takeaways
- Enter multiple emails separated by commas or spaces; each becomes a chip badge that can be individually removed before sending.
- All addresses in a single invite batch receive the same role — send separate batches for different roles.
- Invitees without a Vremly account are guided through sign-up and acceptance in one flow via the invite link.
- Pending invitations appear in a separate table below the confirmed roster until accepted, with 'Invite sent' or 'Not yet invited' status badges.
