Job Management & the Pipeline

The Jobs section is your command center. You can view projects in a list or as a kanban board with drag-and-drop status transitions. Filter by status (Booked, Shooting, Editing, Delivered), assigned team member, date range, or client.

Each job detail page shows everything about a project: property address, assigned team members, scheduled date, current status, media files, chat threads, and activity log. You can reassign team members, update scheduling, or change status directly from this page.

Project Managers assign Technicians and Editors from the job detail page. The platform shows team member availability, distance from the property, and current workload to help make smart assignment decisions.
