Invoicing & Payments

Vremly includes a full invoicing system. Create invoices with line items, quantity, unit pricing, and tax calculations. Invoice numbers auto-increment and each invoice follows a status workflow: Draft → Sent → Paid (or Void / Overdue).

When a project is delivered, the platform can auto-generate a draft invoice based on the service package and add-ons. Send invoices via email with a unique payment link — clients click through to a branded payment page powered by Stripe.

Track all invoices from the Invoices section. Filter by status, view summary statistics (outstanding, paid, overdue), and manage payment follow-ups. The system supports both upfront payment via Stripe Checkout and post-delivery invoicing.
