Lesson Notes

01

Technicians upload raw files directly to a project after the shoot. Editors then upload final processed media — photos, videos, floor plans, virtual tours, or documents. All uploads use drag-and-drop with progress tracking.

02

Media is stored on S3 and served through CloudFront CDN with secure pre-signed URLs. Clients receive a delivery link to view and download their media. Bulk download generates a ZIP file of all project assets.

03

Clients can review delivered media and provide feedback through the approval workflow. They can approve the delivery, request changes with specific comments, or leave notes. The team is notified of any client feedback instantly.

Key Takeaways

  • Drag-and-drop upload for all media types: photos, video, floor plans, virtual tours
  • Secure CDN delivery with client-facing download pages and bulk ZIP download
  • Client approval workflow: approve, request changes, or add comments
