The booking wizard walks you through four steps: enter the property address (powered by Mapbox autocomplete), select a date and time (from real-time availability), choose a service package and any add-ons, and confirm the client details.
Payment is handled through Stripe Checkout. Depending on the Provider's configuration, payment may be collected upfront, invoiced after delivery, or waived entirely. You'll see the total before confirming.
Once a booking is confirmed, a new project is created in the Booked stage. The Provider's Project Manager is notified and can immediately assign a Technician. Calendar events are automatically created for all relevant team members.
