Lesson Notes

01

Settings in Vremly is your personal control panel — everything here is scoped to you as an individual, not to a project or an order. Navigate to /settings from any page in the web app; the platform immediately redirects you to /settings/account, which is the logical starting point for most users.

02

The left sidebar on desktop groups your options into named sections: Personal (Account, Notifications, Calendar), Security (Password, Sessions, 2FA), Preferences (Appearance, Language, Timezone), and Support (Help Center, Migrations, Contact, Changelog). On mobile, the sidebar collapses into a Select dropdown at the top of the page, with Previous and Next buttons for sequential browsing. The active section's label is highlighted and its sub-items expand inline.

03

What appears in the sidebar depends on your account type and role. Agents operating in a personal workspace see only the Personal, Security, Preferences, and Support sections. Providers and technicians in a company workspace additionally see Team (Reimbursements) and Records (Archived Orders). Company owners and admins also see Mobile App (Branded app). Settings will never show you a section you don't have access to — it filters silently before rendering.

04

On the Vremly iOS app, the Settings tab is accessible from the bottom navigation bar. It opens a full-screen List view with an identity card at the top — your avatar, display name, email, and active workspace name in a pill badge. Below that, Workspace (Organization, Billing, Switch workspace), Profile (Personal info, Security, Notifications, Availability), App (Appearance & display, Diagnostics), and Support (Help & contact, What's new) are organized as native iOS grouped sections. Agent accounts automatically skip the Workspace section since they don't manage a team or billing.

05

A useful hidden feature on the Account page: the Setup Guide card shows your overall progress through Vremly's onboarding tour as a progress bar (e.g. 3/7 steps complete). If you dismissed the guide or want to revisit it, click Restart Setup Guide and the platform resets your tour status and sends you back to the dashboard where the guide re-launches.

Key Takeaways

  • Settings is personal-scoped — changes here affect only you, not your organization.
  • The sidebar sections you see depend on your account type (Agent vs Provider vs Company) and your role.
  • On mobile web, use the Select dropdown at the top to jump between settings pages; on iOS, tap Settings in the bottom tab bar.
  • The Setup Guide progress is visible on the Account page and can be restarted at any time.
