Lesson Notes
Vremly is a real-estate media operating system. It replaces the patchwork of spreadsheets, group chats, and standalone booking tools that media companies and real estate agents currently rely on. Every part of the production cycle — booking a shoot, dispatching a technician, capturing and editing the media, delivering it to the client, and collecting payment — lives in one connected system. Nothing falls through the cracks between tools because there are no gaps between tools.
Three distinct user types log into Vremly, and the app adapts itself to each one. Real estate agents (account type AGENT) are the customers: they book media shoots and track their orders. Media providers — photographers, videographers, drone operators, floor-plan specialists — are the people doing the work (account type PROVIDER). Media companies that manage a team of those providers operate as COMPANY accounts, with access to a full dispatch console, live map, and business metrics. You'll be asked to identify which type you are during the three-step onboarding flow the first time you sign in.
On the iOS app, the same three personas exist and the app changes its entire navigation structure depending on who you are. Agents see an agent-focused tab bar with Dashboard, Orders, Book, Calendar, and More. Providers see a personal dashboard with their daily docket and a prominent start-trip card. Company users get the full management console with a dispatch-centric view, live technician map, and a metrics dashboard. The onboarding on iOS mirrors the web: select 'I'm a Real Estate Agent' or 'I'm a Media Provider,' optionally enter an invite code to join an existing organization, and if you're a provider, select the services you offer (Photography, Videography, Drone/Aerial, Virtual Tours, Floor Plans, Editing, Virtual Staging, or Measurements).
The platform is also designed to be white-labeled. Media companies can give their agent customers a branded portal at a custom domain. Agents who sign up through that custom URL are automatically onboarded as customers of that specific company. This is why you might see a company's logo and brand color instead of the Vremly wordmark — the underlying system is Vremly, but it's surfaced as the company's own product.
Vremly is built for the real-estate media vertical specifically, not as a generic scheduling or project-management tool. Every concept in the product — packages, add-ons, technician dispatch, delivery galleries, brochures, floor plans, virtual tours — maps directly to how a professional real-estate media operation actually runs. Understanding that vertical context makes every other part of the platform click into place.
Key Takeaways
- Vremly is purpose-built for real-estate media — not a generic tool adapted to the vertical.
- Three account types: AGENT (customer/buyer of media), PROVIDER (individual creator), COMPANY (manages a team of providers).
- The iOS app restructures its entire navigation based on which persona you are.
- White-labeling lets media companies present Vremly as their own branded portal.
- All three account types share one system — data entered in one role is immediately visible to the others.
