Personal Payment Methods (Agent View)

Every user has a personal billing page at Settings → Billing (/settings/billing). This page is distinct from the organization billing page — it manages the cards associated with your individual Stripe Customer record, not your org's Stripe Connect account. Any card saved here can be used to pay invoices directed at you as a customer.

The 'Cards on File' card lists all your saved payment methods. Each entry shows the card brand (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, etc.), the last four digits, and the expiration date. A Default badge marks the card Stripe would charge first. Cards appear here after being saved through the booking flow's card-on-file step or through the Stripe billing portal.

To add a new card directly from this page, click Add Card. This opens the Stripe Customer Portal in a new tab, where you can enter card details, update billing information, and view your payment history. To remove a card, click the trash icon next to it. A confirmation dialog asks you to confirm before deletion. Removing a card does not cancel any active subscriptions or scheduled charges — it only removes it from the saved list.

The 'Full Billing Portal' row at the bottom of the page has an 'Open Portal' button. This also redirects to Stripe's hosted Customer Portal, which gives a complete payment history, all saved methods, and the ability to download receipts. This is useful for agents who need a paper trail of their invoice payments.

On the iOS Vremly app, agents can view their invoices at Portal → My Invoices. That screen lists all invoices issued to them, shows the status badge and outstanding balance total, and provides a Pay button for unpaid invoices — clicking it opens the public payment page in the in-app browser. Card management on iOS still routes through the Stripe portal, which opens in Safari.
