Lesson Notes

01

On the iOS app, the AgentDashboardView shows a horizontal row of three stat tiles below the upcoming activity list: Active, This month, and Delivered. These tiles give you a snapshot of your current order volume without needing to open the Orders list. Each tile has a small coloured dot indicating the status class — blue for Active (in-flight orders), purple for This month (any scheduled non-cancelled order with a scheduled date this month), and green for Delivered.

02

The Active count includes every order you have in any non-terminal, non-delivered status — Pending, Assigned, Shooting, Editing, and any other in-progress state. An order stays Active until it transitions to Delivered or Cancelled. This count tells you how many shoots are currently somewhere in the pipeline for you.

03

The This month count is scoped to your currently active workspace (using the same org ID that every API call sends as x-org-id). It counts orders with a scheduled date in the current calendar month, excluding cancelled and voided orders. If you switch workspaces — for example between your personal workspace and a company portal — the count updates to reflect that org's data.

04

The Delivered count is a lifetime total of all orders in DELIVERED status across your project history for the active workspace. It is the number that grows over time as your portfolio builds. On the web dashboard, the equivalent metric appears in the Today's Orders section as a 'Delivered' status badge on individual rows — there is no single lifetime Delivered counter on the web agent dashboard.

05

Below the stat tiles, the iOS dashboard also renders a bar chart showing the last 7 days of order activity — one bar per day, labelled with the narrow weekday abbreviation (M, T, W, etc.). The chart title shows the total order count for the period. Cancelled and voided orders are excluded from the trend so a spike in cancellations does not distort the activity picture. This chart is only visible when you have at least one project; it hides entirely on a fresh account.

Key Takeaways

  • Active counts all non-terminal, non-delivered orders in your current workspace pipeline.
  • This month counts scheduled non-cancelled orders within the current calendar month, scoped to the active workspace.
  • Delivered is a running lifetime total for the active workspace.
  • The 7-day bar chart (iOS only) shows order volume trend, excluding cancellations.
  • All stats update automatically when you switch workspaces.
