Lesson Notes
The Customers section lists all agents (clients) linked to your organization. Each customer profile shows their contact information, booking history, project count, and any associated invoices.
When a returning client books again, their details are pre-filled. The Rebook button on any completed project pre-populates the booking form with the previous property address, package selection, and client information — a new booking in seconds.
Inquiries capture inbound leads that haven't yet become bookings. Manage them from the Inquiries section with a status flow: Pending → Reviewed → Approved → Rejected, or convert them directly to a project. Inquiries come in through your public booking page.
