Finding Your Job in the Jobs List
Navigate to your assigned work and understand how the job list is scoped for your role.
Opening a Job and Reading the Detail View
Open a job to see the full brief — address, package, schedule, assigned technician, and all attachments — before you leave for the property.
Marking a Job In Progress
Advance the job status to In Progress when you arrive on site so dispatch and the customer know the shoot has started.
Reviewing Shoot Details and Notes Before You Shoot
Know exactly where to find the package brief, visit schedule, shoot notes, and customer notes so nothing gets missed on site.
Using Team Chat to Communicate on Shoot Day
Send and receive messages inside the job using the Discussion tab's Team channel so the whole crew stays in sync without leaving Vremly.
Using Trip Mode to Navigate to the Property
Launch the built-in Uber-style trip mode from the iOS app to get turn-by-turn directions and update your status hands-free as you travel.
Handing Off to the Vremly iOS Capture App
